Housing Affordability CAT

Ubuntu Housing Affordability Community Action Team sponsored an Information & Resource Fair on October 26, 2024. We had representation from about 20 organizations as well as all of Ubuntu’s Community Action Teams to participate. It was a time to convene with our community partners, meet residents from South Fulton Communities and other areas as well. People were able to connect with local, state, and federal organizations for resources and support. We enjoyed refreshments, lunch, music, prizes, and giveaways. Our sponsors included: Partnership for Southern Equity, Feeding Georgia Families, Centerwell Senior Primary Care, Georgia Statewide Health Equity Initiative, and Aging 4ward, LLC.
